Who We Are
Proxima Academy offers the full real estate licence course and satisfies the educational real estate registration and licensing requirements in NSW and is an approved NSW CPD course provider for the 2025–26 CPD year for face to face and online interactive delivery.
Designed to deliver you a comprehensive roadmap to the world of real estate, the course features units in Property appraisal, Marketing properties for sale and Preparing properties for auction among others.
This course is structured into ‘milestones’ which allow you to apply for and receive your Licence in NSW ( Certificate of Registration) or Victoria ( Agent's Representative) , NSW Full Real Estate Licence or Victoria Full Real Estate Licence under the nationally recognised property services qualification CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real estate practice as you move through the course. We also have the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) for those wanting to run their own Real Estate Office.
Once you have completed this course you could be qualified to work as a registered real estate sales agent, a licensed real estate agent or you could even run your own real estate agency in NSW or Victoria.
